ARTE ( European cultural TV channel ) wants to create a paper version of its show Tracks which is about counter-culture and underground cultures. It is here about to show through counter-culture polymorphic aspect and its ability to renew while questionning consumerism.
A paper support of Tracks would enable ARTE to stand out again, as it was the first european TV channel to propose ODV and to upload online its content before it is broadcasted on TV. By taking a diferent road, it is question to reach the youth, first generation to forsake TV.
